Take a careful look at yourself. See some fine lines. A few strands of white hair. It’s just part of the ageing process. We can’t stop it, right. If you’re highly stressed, it’s time to think ‘relax’ and go easy. Go on a holiday and reflect on the better things in life. Take up exercise yoga or go dancing. Don’t let the cortisol hormone get the hold of you.
